Packaging & Delivery
Delivery areas:
We service certain areas on certain days of the week. Please contact us directly to make arrangements should you require delivery on a specific day or to an area not indicated on our website. We will do our utmost best to accommodate such a request. Please do this before placing your order online.
Please take note that some outlying areas might be excluded due to inaccessibility. Non indexed housing is excluded from all deliveries. Should a request be received for any of the above, we will be in contact to make alternative arrangements
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Kempton Park, Edenvale, Boksburg, Benoni, Primrose/Germiston
Tuesday – Midrand
Thursday – Centurion and Pretoria East
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays – No delivery.
Deliveries will take place between 10am and 5pm (you will be contacted with an estimated time of delivery in the morning of your delivery)
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before delivery to your area.
Example: You stay in Pretoria East (delivery on Thursday) your order should be placed before 13h30 on the Wednesday.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery charges will be calculated on checkout.
Packaging:
Our meat products are freshly cut, vacuum packed in food grade primary packaging and then chilled (not frozen) before being dispatched to you. We make use of high quality insulated containers to transport our perishable products in, in a closed vehicle. Please take note that our packaging is not designed to keep your perishable products fresh and/or cold for long periods. Even though the product will be delivered to you according to every Health Standard, we urge all customers to place perishable products in a fridge/freezer/cooling facility upon delivery.
Labelling
Our products are labelled to make for easier identification of different cuts.
